How can I avoid rolling my shoulder forward during twisting poses?

When doing any twisting poses that involve an arm touching the ground, I notice the arm that pushes against the ground, internally rotates a bit, which causes my shoulder to roll forward. I assume this isn’t correct alignment since most (or all, I’m not sure) poses ask for your shoulders to be back and down.

I am not sure when this started, but I just realized I was doing this a month or so ago. Is this something I need to “fix”? Is there anything I can think about that would keep my shoulder in place?
