I’ve never had a great backbend. I used to think it was lack of flexibility in my shoulder, but after doing some research, I think it may be related more to my lack of mobility in my thoracic spine. I know I will need to strengthen my core more so it helps out, but other than foam rolling/lacrosse ball massage, does anyone have any exercises/methods/stretches that you’d found beneficial for increasing your flexibility of the upper back?
